Rrrrrrrrrr!!! Drink your juice!

These dinosaur plastic children's drinking cups are actually very kid-friendly despite the roaring in the title of the post. What kid doesn't love dinosaurs? And what kid doesn't like to have a fun cup to drink their milk or juice out of?

We have two styles of dinosaur cups - the Triceratops seen above, and the T-rex seen in the top photo. The cups are almost indestructible, and they love to play with children. My grandtapir, Teagan, loves to bang them together, although he's still using sippy cups and isn't quite old enough to drink out of something that can't be turned upside down with liquid in it. When he graduates to "I'm a big boy now" cups, he will love his animal cups even more.

We read in an article that a number of doctors and dentists had concluded that it's good to graduate the kids away from sippy cups as early as feasible, because the shape of the sippy tends to promote tooth decay. You don't want orange juice all over the floor any more times than necessary, but when graduation day arrives, you and your little ones will love our whole line of animal cups, not just the dinosaurs! The materials are thoroughly tested and pass the most stringent and up-to-date laws on child safety. The cups are also extremely sturdy. Just ask Teagan's mom! If the kid does break it with any kind of normal use or "reasonably" paranormal use, we'll replace it for you. We're confident! I tried to break one myself. It was HARD to do, even by an adult! Come check them out!

Kids! Drink out of dinosaur cups!

T-Rex Plastic Dinosaur Childrens' Drinking Cup Your kids, grandkids and young friends will love drinking out of these plastic dinosaur cups made just the right size for young hands. Our if the child is too young to manange the cup himself or herself (like my grandson, Teagan), they may enjoy just banging them together to hear the sound! Once they reach the age when they can drink from an open cup, they will already know the cup as a friend!

What fun! The tails of these dinosaurs forms the handles of these delightful, kids' drinking cups. They are great for birthday parties, for holding crayons, or for orange juice and milk in the morning. Although some of our drinking cups come in a choice of colors for each animal, the dinosaurs are in this playful purple only. You will find our entire inventory of children's cups on our page of Animal Drinking Cups. Mix and match animals and cup colors to create your own unique set! Check out our terrific selection of dinosaur toys and gifts.

About T-rex

The Tyrannosaurus or T-rex meaning tyrant lizard appeared on the scene during the Late Cretaceous about 65 million years ago. Although full skeletons have been found throughout North America in Alberta, Montana, South Dakota, Saskatchewan, and Wyoming, some have been found in Mongolia as well. Some skeletons have been measured to 45 feet in length. It walked on two legs and had a huge skull and an enormous tail to help with balance. It had two small powerful clawed forearms. There is debate whether this carnivore was just a scavenger or a killer itself. It is the largest animal known to have walked the earth.

About Triceratops

The triceratops, meaning three horned face, appeared on the scene during the Late Cretaceous about 65 million years ago. No full skeletons have been found, but many bones have been discovered throughout North America in Alberta, Montana, South Dakota, Saskatchewan, and Wyoming. Bearing a large bony frill and three horns on its large four-legged body, it looks similar to the modern day rhinoceros. It was a vegetarian and possessed a sturdy build, with strong limbs and short, five-hoofed hands and four-hoofed feet. It was almost 10 feet high and 25 feet in length.

Platypus drinking cup for children

Delight any child, and especially children who love platypuses or Australian animals with this plastic cup featuring a dick-billed platypus with a tail for the cup's handle. It's quite cute and also quite safe. THESE ARE NOT "SIPPY CUPS"! Our animal cups are an excellent alternative to sippy cups. Doctors, dentists, pediatricians, parents, grandparents, and other care-givers are moving away from sippy cups due to the discovery that cavities in young children may be exacerbated by the shape of the sippy cup. Our animal cups have the regular rim of a plastic mug, but are made in small sizes for children. Each cup is 3 inches tall, 2 5/8 inches in diameter, and holds 7 1/2 oz. of liquid when filled. They are dishwasher safe and very durable. The manufacturer's test results showed that the plastic is NOT TOXIC for small children. Also, in regards to another question, the Safety Department at K&M International (the importer) tells us, "They have been tested and do not contain Bisphenol A." (Bisphenol A is a chemical sometimes found in clear, flexible plastics.)

Now that we've told you what they don't have, they do have eye-catching appeal for kids. Your child or grandchild can grasp the tail of the platypus, which is moulded in bas relief on the cup and presented in simple but charming style. The cups are very sturdy and durable, the colors are eye-catching for kids, and the platypus has a number of friends on our plastic animal drinking cup page.

Hottest selling animal toys in February

What were our best-sellers in February? We had a three-way tie between our crocodile children's drinking cup (which also comes in turquoise, light green, and purple), our plastic red-eyed tree frog, and one of our plastic African elephants. The croc and the elephant have been with us for a number of years and are old favorites. The tree frog is one of our newest items. It's always fun to see what people like and which items continue to attract attention!
