Monkey Business?

"Why did the chicken cross the road?" you ask. "Is this a road hog?" you wonder! No, it is a curious baboon on its way to blocking traffic along a main highway to the entrance of the Nygorogoro Park in Tanzania. You hear people say to avoid feeding bears. Well this fellow is likely to jump on your hood for a morsel of food, so beware. Tapir and Friends Animal Store sells realistic plastic old world monkeys and new world monkeys and some stuffed beanie monkeys and baboons as well. These monkey replicas make good companions and bring a smile to your children's faces.

Mom and baby baboon replica

Mom and baby animal toys are very interesting and have become popular. You can learn about some of the ways the parent interacts with the youngster, such as the way this mother baboon carries her baby on her back. They also give a nice sense of warmth, tenderness and caring in the animal world.

Made of solid plastic by Safari, Ltd., one of the best names in plastic animals, this baboon mom and baby's superior design and details make it a museum-quality replica or collector's item, and yet the price puts it in range for the average collector of plastic animals. It measures 3 1/8 inches long including tail. The word "BABOON" is embossed on the underside. It comes with an informational tag in French, Italian, Spanish, German, and English. This sturdy, durable baboon mom and baby is also excellent for school projects, novelties, party favors or even as a children's toy. You can make a cool African shoebox diorama using this and other plastic creatures from our gift shop. Best of all, there is no mess, no feeding, and no tank or cage cleaning :) Be sure to look over our other baboon toys and gifts.

Don't worry about the white harness. It holds the informational tag. I didn't want to remove it to take this photo!
