Mammoth Bones Fly to the Rescue!

We try to run a perfect business, but we're all human, and it just doesn't happen. When Susan received her plastic models of extinct animal bones in the mail, something was missing. One half of the mammoth's rib cage was gone! She kindly offered to ship it back, but as usual, we told her to keep it. Instead, we sent a whole new mammoth the same day and Susan wrote us this nice email:
