I'm still working on the painted lapel pins and hat pins, getting more and more of them posted in Tapir and Friends Animal Store online. Last night I fell asleep really early, and when I woke up at 2:00 a.m. I thought I'd post another one!
This beautiful timberwolf pin is a real treasure. You can see the goregous hand-painted detail. As with all of our painted animal pins, the paint goes over the cast pewter base, giving the pin a strongly 3-dimensional aspect. You can see this also by the hightlights reflected while scanning.
