This crayfish (crawfish, crawdad) is the newest crustacean in Tapir and Friends Animal Store! It's about the size of a real crayfish, and it kinda-sorta approximates the color of a cooked one. Live crayfish tend to be the darker brown, or a little lighter than the brown showing here.Plastic crawfish are very popular to use as table decor for cookouts barbecues (BBQs) and summer crawfish boils, bakes, or banquets. Of course, you can also use the crawfish to decorate a restaurant, or as part of a school project. Or just add it to your "zoo" of collectible or educational toy animals!
